History of AIBOBKS

The historic journey began with just 30 members which has now spread its wings to 3500+ members. Still the question arises:-
Why should you join ALL INDIA BANK OF BARODA KARMACHARI SENA AIBOBKS ?

1. Only union in banking fraternity to have a fearless and dynamic General Secretary Shri. Vinod Nikam who is active round the clock.
2. Only leader who is still staff of banking fraternity to participate in wage settlement discussions with IBA. Rest others are RETIRED
3. Term Insurance of Rs. 20 lakhs was initiated in BOB through the efforts of AIBOBKS.
4. The above Term Insurance limit was increased to Rs. 50 lakhs for death due to Corona only in BOB through the intervention of AIBOBKS.
5. Health Insurance limit was doubled only after the intervention of AIBOBKS.
6. Bus services in Mumbai Zone was started irrespective of cadre/union after intervention by AIBOBKS only for benefit of staff.
7. Various staff stranded at various places were given nearby branch posting through AIBOBKS irrespective of which union he/she belongs too.
8. Only union to have a separate Women's wing to help our lady staff members.
9. Sufficient number of active office bearers in each region/zone for helping members those in need.

May it be talks for Bipatriate Settlement or may it be changes in policy matter or may it be issues w.r.t Women's issue, we are always in a aggressive mode.
