Hon. Shri. BARNE was accompanied by the undersigned along with Shri. Jayawant Golatkar, our President, Smt. Maya Paranjape, President of Women's Wing and Smt. Deepali Jain, General Secretary of Women's Wing.

Zonal Head Shri Manish Kaura, General Manager was accompanied by DGM Shri Zha.

Initially General Manager expressed his objection on entry of more than three persons into his chamber. At that point I told him to imagine about how branch staff is working ! There 3 employees attend to at least 50 customers. How they may be working during these pandemic filled days ?

I told the Zonal Head that our Union is getting required Co operation from Mumbai Zone. But Pune Zone responses are always half hearted. This attitude of Pune Zone Management was made known to SHIV SENA BHAVAN, who instructed Shri BARNE, MP to visit Pune Zonal Office and sort out the issue. That's why Sri BARNE is with us.
General Manager promised positive and full Co operation from Zonal Office.

Shri BARNE Saheb's visit was fruitful for Zone also. We have record of helping Mumbai ZO/RO in getting Govt business for BOB. If requested, our Union can do the same at Pune too. Shri BARNE also promised Zone his help in getting Govt. business.

Other important matters :
1. TRANSFERS : To our complaint of not following CVC Guidelines on periodic transfers, General Manager said, "if any such cases are there, they will be transferred immediately."

On Inter Region Transfers : There is no workman vacancy in Nagpur, At the same time a few staff members are there since last more than 10 years. By transferring these long occupants only vacancies for others will arise. Many are working at Region other than that of their choice. They are suffering. General Manager asked us to refer to him such cases. He promised to do the needful immediately.

General Manager also requested us to send our suggestions on Transfer Policy. With Zone's recommendations, they will be forwarded to BCC/ HO.

We also requested Zone to immediately consider transfer recommendations by Hon. Shri. ANIL DESAI, MP or other VIPs. The Zonal Head readily agreed to it.

2. Solapur RO : Solapur Regional Office is functioning from Pune. It's unnatural, unconventional and inconvenient. We strongly protested against it. General Manager promised to shift it to Solapur shortly.
Solapur Region Head Mr. Tulsian, who is operating RO from his office at Pune, behaves like a dictator. His tactful ideas work only for his personal benefits. That's why he is delaying shifting of RO to Solapur.

Over and above that he does not respect Union Representatives. He possesses totally negative attitude. That's why he is immensely unpopular among all categories of staff.

We wanted to question him about his behaviour and attitude. GM sent message to him to come and join the Meeting.

But he was not there. He literally ran away. Thus he avoided face to face meeting with us. It's unfortunate. Such people spoil the institution like Bank Of Baroda. Now his RUNNING AWAY has become talking point throughout the Zone.

3. COVID DEATHS : So far 29 staff died in Pune Zone due to Covid. We expressed our displeasure at Executives not visiting bereaved families. Dependents are not given jobs. It's adding to family vows. So far not a single job is allotted to Covid affected family. Zone appreciated our concern. They are going to write to BCC/HO for speedy disposal of Compassionate appointments cases. He also informed that a few such appointments are likely in next few days. He was considerate and concerned.

4. Placement of our Zonal Secretary : I requested General Manager to post our ZONAL Secretary at Zonal Office to lessen his trouble in contacting Zonal Office everytime. It will be convenient for Zone as well as our members spread across the Zone. General Manager consented positively.

5. STRUCTURED MEETINGS : We are in majority as Union in Maharashtra state and also in Pune Zone. We must get periodic Structured Meetings at Zonal/ Regional levels. Such Meetings should be arranged quarterly at both levels. General Manager noted our demand. He promised to instruct ROs.

6. Women related issues : In Pune women are in majority (60%). They have their own problems. These are to be attended immediately on ongoing basis. Women should feel comfortable and safe at workplace.

Women's Wing General Secretary Smt. Deepali Jain was forthright in demanding immediate transfer of male staff against whom allegation of sexual harassment is made. She demanded appointments of LADY LIAISON OFFICERS immediately at every RO.

Also she demanded fast track transfers to Women staff on Maternity and Marriage Grounds.

General Manager agreed to do the needful with urgency.

7. Malegaon (Dist. Nashik) Currency Chest : Women there are forced to sit till late after office hours. Smt. Jain requested General Manager to stop it immediately. General Manager promised to instruct the Chest to daily allow them to go home on time.

8. Branch Visits by Executives : We informed Zonal Head that since outbreak of pandemic, we are regularly visiting branches to get feedback from staff as well as from in charge. We visit families of Covid patients and attend to their difficulties. It gives relief to tensions in their minds.
On these lines all Executives in ZO/ RO should act. It's humanity. It's need of these days. It's also their duty.

General Manager appreciated our efforts and acts. He also accepted our suggestion.

This two hour long Meeting was fruitful. It started and ended on positive note. Thus it was a success.
