»   BKSM is the Supreme and only Banking Industry level trade union of SHIV SENA. It's signatory to Banking Industry level BIPARTITE SETTLEMENTS.

»   BKSM is directly affiliated to 'Bharatiya Kamgar Sena', which is trade union wing of SHIV SENA.

»   Thus, AIBOBKS has full backing of mighty SHIV SENA.

»   Today the most dynamic, intelligent, daring, caring and hence popular leader in entire Banking Industry is Mr. VINOD NIKAM. He is General Secretary. He is       undisputed leader of AIBOBKS. 

»   Shiv Sena Party Secretary Mr. ANIL DESAI, Member of Parliament is also Working President of BKSM (Mahasangh). He is philosopher & guide for us. He         takes keen interest in our Union's affairs.

»   Our Union Office is Open from 10 am to 6 pm on all working days and also on most of the Holidays. It's always active and filled with members.

»   Our Unique General Secretary Mr. VINOD NIKAM is also Dy General Secretary of BKSM (Mahasangh). He attends meetings for Bipartite Settlements with         IBA. He is very well aware about happenings in Banking Industry.

»   BOB has implemented many schemes for employee benefits which are outcome of our demands. Credit for these achievements goes to only and only to         US!

»   We have resolved issues of even non – members purely on Humanitarian grounds when they were left in lurch by their own Unions.
