With intention to make e-Dena & e-Vijaya members feel at home and to let them know about our character, aims,
path to achieve goals and highlight wrongdoings of top management a Meeting of our members was arranged at kitte Bhandari Hall, Dadar, Mumbai.
The hall was overflowing with audience. Such was the response. Women came in large no. e-Dena a e- Vijaya members also participated in good numbers. They appeared attentive and curious.
The Meeting was addressed by our General Secretary MR. Vinod Nikam. During his speech he welcomed e-Vijaya & e-Dena members. He admired women in audience for their presence.
General Secretary's speech was a scathing attack on erring top management. He did not spare even the M. D. & CE.O. because the the very M.D. & CEO is solely responsible for appointment of Consultants at very fat fee Galary). Because of these consultants our regular experience executives were sidelined. Consultants did not prove their presence. Many wrong decisions were taken by Bank at that advise. One such example is implementation of Finacle-10 package due to which we lost substantial business.
Consultants were of not any we during historically difficult days of Demonetisation.
Consultant's fad of dismantling of Regional attires and implementatim of vertical system was total failure. But at that cost? Bank had to reverse the process a go back to old system.
Open Attack on Consultants for there uselessness and wrong decisions was applauded by the audiences.
After the meeting our G. S. MR. Vinod Nikam met those who were present. He had interaction with many.
Even a few women put forth their experiences about union. Told the gathering how they were brought out by Union from difficult situations.
It was a Grand success meeting.
