Hon. Sri. ARVIND SAWANT is sitting Member of Parliament (MP). He is Dy. Leader of SHIV SENA.

He is the PRESIDENT of SHIV SENA'S Trade Union Wing – Bharatiya Kamgar Sena.

Despite of his busy schedule, he agreed to meet GM at ZONAL OFFICE, Mumbai.

Last week he met our GM (Zonal Head), his Deputy and AGM.

Observing the protocol, our GM, DGM & AGM were gracious in Welcoming him at the entrance gate of building.

At the Meeting Hon. Sri ARVIND SAWANT, MP was accompanied by Sri. Santosh Chalke, General Secretary of Bharatiya Kamgar Sena.

Bank Karmachari Sena Mahasangh General Secretary Sri. Vilas Ghugare and myself were present at the Meeting.

Various HR related issues were discussed.

Our Union is in majority among Officers as well as Workmen staff in MUMBAI ZONE. This fact was made clear to our executives by Hon. Sri. ARVIND SAWANT.

Sri SAWANT asked management to discuss HR Issues with AIBOBKS as we are in majority in Zone.

The burning humanitarian issue of Temporary Sub - Staff was taken up. "They should be absorbed into Bank's regular employment," was the message conveyed to Management.

The Meeting ended on positive note. Healthy exchange of views was the feature.

Hon. Sri. ARVIND SAWANT extended an invitation to our executives for visit to his Bharatiya Kamgar Sena Office, which was accepted.

It was an indication of healthy Industrial Relations.
