It was an honour as well as matter of great strength for the entire Sena Women’s Wing when we got a chance to express our opinions with Shri. Anil Desai, Member of Parliament on our side. The day was 4th September, 2021 when a meeting was conducted at BCC to resolve the issues relating to compassionate grounds recruitment & Workplace harassment. The following dignitaries attended the meeting:-

Anil Bhau was very clear in his communication that he was very unhappy in the way how Bank of Baroda acts leniently on harassment complaints received from women staff. Strict Punishment and not only transfers should be effected immediately. Also when Supreme Court has clearly instructed that escort should be provided to the complainant lady during inquiry proceedings, why is Bank of Baroda denying the rights of fair & natural justice? Is Bank of Baroda above law?

Mr. Debdatta Chand, ED took note of all the points and positively consented that the above points will be taken care off.
Members this is not the end. This is just a NEW BEGINNING.
We might also resort to agitation programme for our RIGHTs.
